'ATLANTA' Asset Management', Limited Liability Company (further referred to as ATLANTA AMC) was founded in 2007 in order to provide services of trust management of investors’ assets (including individuals).
The main line of ATLANTA AMC activity is the management of assets of unit investment funds making investments in the markets with a large growth potential and low investment capital liquidity.
ATLANTA MC has a license of the Federal Service for Financial Markets № 21-000-1-00432 dated 05 July 2007 allowing to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds.
In 2008 ATLANTA AMC formed
'ATLANTA' Closed Mutual Investment Fund of Real Estate, and started to sell shares (units) in the
'Atlanta Start' Closed Mutual Investment Fund of Venture Investments. This Fund proceeds are meant for investments into IT-industry companies.
In the nearest future ATLANTA AMC is planning to create a Closed Unit Investment Fund to make investments to real estate facilities.
Strategic plans of ATLANTA AMC include active development of activity for closed unit investment funds management and attraction of individual private investors’ funds to markets with a high growth potential. ATLANTA AMC continues to increase the range of offered investment tools for the share (unit) holders and increase the liquidity of investments into unit investment funds under its management.
